What day is Chanos’ day?
Every Thursday of the school year with the exception of Holidays or when school is not in session.

When do I need to place the order by?
All orders must be received by Sunday 11:59 PM ET for the next scheduled Thursday.

How do I order?

  1. Go to www.chanospandas.com, click the ORDER tab/link.
  2. Select your child’s teacher name from the list and enter your child’s name in the “special instructions” box.
  3. Choose from the different menu categories by using the arrow (>) and scrolling to the right.
  4. Click “checkout” located at the bottom right. Enter necessary information (the system only allows you to choose the following THURSDAY as the “delivery time”). Click “pay” at the bottom right and enter your credit card information. You will receive your receipt via email.

How do I order for multiple children in a single transaction?

  1. Go to www.chanospandas.com, click the ORDER tab/link.
  2. Select your child’s teacher name from the list and enter your child’s name in the “special instructions” box.
  3. Choose from the different menu categories by using the arrow (>) and scrolling to the right.
  4. Repeat steps 2-3 for each child.
  5. Once you have ordered for all your children, click “checkout” located at the bottom right. Enter necessary information (the system only allows you to choose the following THURSDAY as the “delivery time”). Click “pay” at the bottom right and enter your credit card information. You will receive your receipt via email.

As a Parent/Guardian, do I need to Register before I order?
No, you don’t need to register to be able to order. Nevertheless, by registering you will avoid entering the same information (name, last name, email address & phone number) every time your order.

How do I Register?
Go to www.chanospandas.com and click the ORDER tab/link. Click “New User? Register” at the upper right side. Enter the information requested (name, last name, email address & phone number) and create a password. Click “Register”. You will receive a Thank You email notification, click on the activation link. Ready! You have registered and your account has been activated.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, we accept cancellations until Thursday at 6 AM ET. Please email us at cancellations@chanosrestaurant.com, you MUST include the Order Number from your email receipt, and your child’s and teacher’s name. Your transaction will be refunded within 48 hours.

How can I obtain product ingredient information?
Please email us at ingredients@chanosrestaurant.com we will respond within 48 hours.

What is Naturally Gluten Free*?
Certain dishes like Empanadas, Tacos and Rice Bowls do not contain gluten but we can not guarantee the complete absence of traces. Those with extreme sensitivity should call Chanos at (862) 248-0296.

Can I order food to be delivered at my house?
This website and the menu were created exclusively for the kids and staff of Colonial Road School in Franklin Lakes, NJ. All orders received through this website will be delivered to the school the following Thursday.
